How to Set Up Your LineVu Portal Account

Step 1: Sign Up

• Open the email invitation and click the sign-up link to access the LineVu portal.

Step 2: Create a Password

• On the setup page:
  • Enter your new password.
  • Verify the password by typing it again.
  • Make sure it meets all password requirements.

Step 3: Confirm Setup

• Tick both checkboxes below.
• Click Sign Up to continue.

Step 4: Enter Verification Code

• Check your email for a verification code.
  

Please also check your Junk folder as this verification code email can end up here

• Enter the code on the portal setup page.
  
• Click Sign Up to proceed.
  

Step 5: Sign In

• On the next page, enter your:
  • Email address
  • Password
• Click Sign In.

Step 6: Set Up TOTP Authentication

• You’ll now see the TOTP (Time-Based One-Time Password) setup screen.
• Copy the Secret Key shown below the QR code.
  

Step 7: Configure Your Authenticator App

• Open your Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator app.
• Add a new account:
  • Give it a name (e.g., "LineVu Portal").
  • Paste the Secret Key into the appropriate field.
• The app will generate a one-time password code.

Step 8: Final Confirmation

• Return to the TOTP setup page on the LineVu portal.
• Enter the latest code from your authenticator app.
• Click Confirm.
  

If you see a message about session timeout, then in the Authenticator App, click on the newly created account and this should provide a refreshed access code to use.
