This guide provides step-by-step instructions to help users access and download video recordings from the Process Vision Portal. You'll learn how to log in, explore portal options, and view videos from various dates. Additionally, the guide explains how to download multiple videos at once for your convenience.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Access to the portal will be granted exclusively through the Process Vision Administrator. For any access issues please contact Process Vision Support on support@processvision.com

Log into the Process Vision Portal via the website : https://portal.processvision.com/home (See Figure 1)

1. Select Locations from the left-hand menu to view the available sites and LineVu devices associated with your account. (See Figure 2)
   
2. Locate the required site and use the arrow beside the site name to expand it.
   
3. Select the required LineVu location card to open the device page.
   The location card displays information such as:
1. Device Name
   
2. Current Status
   
3. LineVu Type
   
4. Model
   
5. Installation Date
   
6. Latest Available Image
   
4. Once the device page opens, select the videos tab to access and view the available time-lapse videos.
   
   

 The Locations page allows you to browse available sites and select the required LineVu device before accessing its recorded time-lapse videos.

1. Once the location page opens, select the videos tab to access and view the available time-lapse, realtime and heatmap videos. (See Figure 3)
   
2. Use the checkbox below the required video to select it. You can select one or multiple videos. To view a video, select the required video thumbnail.
   
3. Once a video is selected, the available actions appear at the top of the video list.
   
1. Select all videos
   
2. Download the selected video(s) to your device. (Original or heatmap view)

You can also use the available filters to narrow the displayed videos by date, Time-lapse, Real-time, or Heatmap. (See Figure 4)
