Process Vision Portal: Accessing time laps video
Scope
The scope of these instructions is to guide users through accessing and downloading video recordings from the Process Vision Portal. Users will learn how to log in, navigate to the portal options to view available videos from different dates. Instructions are provided on how to download multiple videos simultaneously.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Access to the portal will be granted exclusively through the Process Vision Administrator. For any access issues please contact Process Vision Support on info@processvision.com
- Log into the Process Vision Portal via the website : https://portal.processvision.com/home (See Figure 1)
2. Select locations tab on the left side of the page, then from the list. (See Figure 2)
3. Select the location name you with to view, this will provide the full information of the site including (Country, Model unit and installation date) (See Figure 2)
4. Select Timelapse option and you will be presented with video recordings from different dates. Select each video to view or download. You can download multiple videos at a time. (See Figure 3)
5. To download a video, check the tick box under each video then select download. (See Figure 4) .This will download an MP4 file onto your device. (See Figure 5)
