Process Vision Portal: Accessing uploaded documents
Scope
This document provides detailed instructions for accessing and downloading documents from the Process Vision Portal. It is intended to guide users through the following key tasks:
Logging into the Portal: Step-by-step instructions for securely accessing the Process Vision Portal, including entering login credentials and resolving common login issues.
Portal Navigation: Guidance on navigating the portal interface to locate and access the appropriate sections for document management.
Viewing Documents: Instructions for accessing and reviewing a list of available documents organized by upload dates, including how to view relevant details associated with each file.
Downloading Documents: A comprehensive guide to selecting and downloading individual or multiple files. This includes using checkboxes to choose documents and initiating the download process to save them to the user’s device.
By adhering to this document, users will be able to efficiently log in, locate, and retrieve the necessary documents from the Process Vision Portal, ensuring a streamlined and effective workflow.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Access to the portal will be granted exclusively through the Process Vision Administrator. For any access issues please contact Process Vision Support on
info@processvision.com
- Log into the Process Vision Portal via the website : https://portal.processvision.com/home (See Figure 1)

2. Select locations tab on the left side of the page. (See Figure 2)
Figure 23. Select a location name to view. This will display the full site information, including the country, model unit, and installation date.
4. Go to the Documents tab to access uploaded files from various dates. You can select and download individual files or multiple files at once.
5. To download a file, tick the checkbox next to each document and then click the download icon at the end. The selected files will be saved to your device.
