Uploading data to the Portal

Download and complete the excel template

Download the excel template from this link.

Fill in the mandatory fields (marked with an asterisk*) and paste in your data in the table.

1. Measure Unit - what unit are the values in, percent etc.
   
2. Measure Name - What measurement is the data in, choose an option from the dropdown
   
3. Sensor Name (TAG) - What is the name of the sensor used to get this data
   
4. Description - A short description of what this data is
5. Datetime & Value table - Where you paste your data

There are multiple sheets so if you have multiple data-sets to upload please upload each set to a separate sheet.

Upload the completed excel to the portal

1. Navigate to the Reports page then click the Request Report button

2. If data you're relates to a specific LineVu unit, just put that location, otherwise put all relevant ones., then choose "Process Data" in the Report Type dropdown then upload the excel in the "Upload Supporting Documents" section, if you have any site diagrams, please upload those too if applicable. You can optionally add details to the objective field. Add the earliest start date and latest end date of your data in the date range input.

3.  Once complete press the Submit button
